Refined Cocoa Butter is a natural oil extracted from pure cocoa beans, with a distinctive cocoa aroma. It appears as a pale yellow or creamy yellow liquid or solid. Depending on the production process, it can be divided into natural cocoa butter and deodorized cocoa butter.
Compared to other vegetable oils, it is less susceptible to rancidity and contains a variety of beneficial compounds, such as flavonoids and polyphenols.
